How do you manage your field operations? Your service team works from the field and you guide the field staff in providing service. If you aren't using employee location tracking software then you are using mobiles that aren't suitable for tracking employees.
Using mobiles as tracking devices makes the job more challenging. Every time you have a task to assign, you have to call your employees to know about their location and position and determine their availability for new task. Also you have to maintain a register to remind you of the task assigned and tasks completed. Time is also lost in generating bills and also there could be human errors in the bills.
